Olivewood

Olivewood This 1880's wooden-floored house was originally designed as a Canadian log cabin for the Chaffey brothers from Canada, who established the irrigation and fruit growing area of Renmark. The estate was presented as a showpiece to induce others to join the scheme. It remains a working orangery and the orchard is fully operational, including its famous olive trees. The house is furnished to the period of when it was built.
